A Practical Approach to the Management of Digital Ulcers in Patients With Systemic Sclerosis: A Narrative Review

Review notes local wound bed management is necessary for all digital ulcers (DUs) and is combined with pharmacological treatments. Therapeutic strategy should be reviewed to prevent further DUs and close monitoring is needed for development of complications (infection, gangrene).
