A retrospective study of intramuscular clozapine prescription for treatment initiation and maintenance in treatment-resistant psychosis

Exploratory study (n=39) found intramuscular clozapine (unlicensed) allowed transition to oral maintenance in patients initially reluctant to take oral clozapine and discontinuation rates were similar to patients only prescribed oral clozapine & comparable to existing literature.
