Adjunct Immune Globulin for Vaccine-Induced Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia

Report from Canada describes response to IVIG therapy in 3 of first patients in whom vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia was identified after receipt of ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine. IVIG reduced antibody-induced platelet activation in serum in all 3 patients.
