Age dependent associations of risk factors with heart failure: pooled population based cohort study

Study (n=24, 675) found, that despite a lower incidence and absolute risk of heart failure among younger compared with older people, there was a stronger association of heart failure with modifiable risk factors (e.g. hypertension) among young vs older participants.
