Amoxicillin‐induced crystal nephropathy: A nationwide French pharmacovigilance databases study

Analysis of amoxicillin induced crystal nephropathy (AICN) cases reported to the French pharmacovigilance database found that AICN is a severe adverse reaction that dramatically increased since 2010. Use in endocarditis, and in older patients may be contributing factors.
