Analyses of Risk, Racial Disparity, and Outcomes Among US Patients With Cancer and COVID-19 Infection

This case-control analysis (73.4 million) found those with a recent cancer diagnosis were at increased risk for COVID-19 infection (adjusted OR 7.14; 95% CI 6.91-7.39; P<0.001); risk among African Americans was higher, and those with cancer and Covid-19 had the worst outcomes.
