Antiepileptic drugs as prophylaxis for postcraniotomy seizures

Updated review (10 RCTs; n =1815) found that evidence was too limited, and uncertain to determine whether antiepileptic drug treatment administered prophylactically is effective in the prevention of postcraniotomy (early or late) seizures.
