Antiviral therapy in management of COVID-19: a systematic review on current evidence

This review located one clinical trial, which found no benefit for adding lopinavir-ritonavir to standard treatment. Although 21 case series and case reports were located, none could be used to determine the efficacy of antivirals in the treatment of COVID-19.
