Aspirin Use and Risk of Colorectal Cancer Among Older Adults
Pooled analysis of 2 cohort studies (n=94540) found initiating aspirin was not associated with lower risk when initiated at/after 70 years (HR, 0.92; 95% CI, 0.76-1.11) but was associated with lower risk if initiated before 70 years, vs non-use (HR, 0.80; 95% CI, 0.72-0.90).
