Review found treatment with convalescent plasma vs placebo/standard of care was not associated with a decrease in all-cause mortality (RR 0.93 for 4 peer-reviewed RCTs; 1.02 after addition 6 unpublished RCTs, both p>0.05) or with any benefit for other clinical outcomes.
