Association of Normal Systolic Blood Pressure Level With Cardiovascular Disease in the Absence of Risk Factors
Study found beginning at systolic (S) BP as low as 90mmHg, there appears to be stepwise increase in presence of coronary artery calcium and risk of incident atherosclerotic CVD with increasing SBP, highlighting importance of early intervention to manage BP increase & risk factors
