Association of Psychiatric Disorders With Mortality Among Patients With COVID-19
This retrospective cohort study (n=7348 adults followed for 45 days following confirmed Covid-19) found a premorbid diagnosis of a schizophrenia spectrum disorder, but not a mood or anxiety disorder, was associated with an increased risk of mortality (OR 2.67; 95% CI 1.48-4.80).
