Association of Reduced-Intensity Conditioning Regimens With Overall Survival Among Patients With Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Undergoing Allogeneic Transplant

This cohort study (n=1823) found fludarabine-melphalan was associated with a higher risk of mortality than fludarabine-intravenous busulfan (HR 1.34; 95% CI 1.13-1.59; P <0.001) and a higher risk of chronic GVHD than fludarabine-cyclophosphamide (1.38; 1.15-1.65; P < 0.001).
