Association of Sustained Immunotherapy With Disability Outcomes in Patients With Active Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis
In this study (n=1621), rate of disability progression after onset of secondary progressive MS was not linked to early disease course and treatment decisions. Disease-modifying therapy was associated with improvements in disability outcomes among patients with active relapses.
