Ativan (Lorazepam) 4mg/ml Solution for Injection - Supply Disruption
Product will be out of stock from w/c 27th April until w/c 15th June 2020. US product Carpuject (lorazepam injection 2mg/ml) single dose cartridges will be available from early May; no dosing adjustments required, however cartridges must be used with Carpuject holder provided.
