Benzodiazepines: it's time to return to the evidence

Editorial notes discussions of benzodiazepines in current psychiatric literature have become negatively biased & have strayed from scientific evidence base. It highlights effectiveness for anxiety disorders, but acknowledges they are not for everyone, & have potential liabilities
