Biologics During Pregnancy in Women With Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Risk of Infantile Infections: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Review of 9 studies (8,490 births) found biologic use during pregnancy was not associated with an increased risk of all infantile infections (OR 0.91, 95%CI 0.73–1.14), however they were associated with increased rates of infantile upper respiratory infections (1.57, 1.02–2.40).
