BJCP Themed: Avoiding harm from over‐prescribing

In this themed issue, an overview is provided of existing challenges and possible solutions to the expanding problem associated with a vast therapeutic arsenal and increasing medical complexity. This follows a meeting at RCP on avoiding harm from overprescribing.
