BNT162b2 COVID-19 vaccine and correlates of humoral immune responses and dynamics: a prospective, single-centre, longitudinal cohort study in health-care workers

Study found 99.9% and 96.5% of 2607 subjects developed IgG and neutralising antibodies, respectively, rapidly after 2 doses and IgG antibody concs highly correlated with neutralising titres. However, older and immunosuppressed subjects had lower antibody response after 1ST dose.
