Case report: A patient with ulcerative colitis treated with a combination of vedolizumab and tofacitinib

Case report of a 48-year-old male patient with ulcerative colitis for 23 years started on combined therapy with tofacitinib and vedolizumab. Disease symptoms improved 11 months after starting treatment and patient is now entirely asymptomatic without surgical intervention.
