Choice of pharmaceutical form as a key factor during ketogenic diet: a case report

Case was infant with drug-resistant West syndrome, treated with a ketogenic diet, whose liquid (contains source of carbohydrate) antiseizure medication impeded response to the diet. After substitution of medication, patient showed a remarkable decrease in number of seizures.
