Section 3 of PIL in affected pharmacy (P) batches incorrectly states that maximum daily dose should not exceed 6 [six] tablets (2400 mg). This dosing should only be given to patients under supervision of GP/healthcare prescriber and have been prescribed 400mg tablets.
