Clinical efficacy of hydroxychloroquine in patients with covid-19 pneumonia who require oxygen: observational comparative study using routine care data

This French study (n=181) found the rate of survival without transfer to intensive care at day 21 was similar for the hydroxychloroquine group (600mg/day started within 48 hours of admission) and the control group (76% vs 75%, respectively; weighted HR 0.9, 95% CI 0.4 to 2.1).
