Clonazepam monotherapy for treating people with newly diagnosed epilepsy

This review (2 RCTs; n=115) concludes there is only limited and very low-certainty evidence on the efficacy and tolerability of clonazepam used in monotherapy for the treatment of epilepsy, and that this is insufficient to support its use.
