Community-based pharmacists' role in deprescribing: A systematic review

Review (24 studies) found all community pharmacist led deprescribing interventions resulted in greater discontinuation of medications, vs usual care, suggesting they are valuable partners in deprescribing collaborations, & provide monitoring to ensure success of the intervention
