Comparison of the long‐term impact and clinical outcomes of fewer doses and standard doses of human papillomavirus vaccine in the United States: A database study

Retrospective cohort study (66541 vaccinated & 66541 unvaccinated females) found that 1, 2 & 3 dose HPV vaccine regimens all reduced the risk of histologically confirmed preinvasive cervical disease (HR 0.64, 0.72 & 0.66 for 1, 2 and 3 dose regimens respectively, all p<0.05).
