COVID-19: chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine only to be used in clinical trials or emergency use programmes

The EMA published this important warning stating efficacy of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine in treating COVID-19 is yet to be shown in studies. Therefore, they should also not be used by patients without a prescription/supervision of a doctor.
