Covid-19: Doctors in France report case of baby infected in utero

Case involves 23 year old woman in last weeks of first pregnancy hospitalised with covid-19 in March who gave birth by c-section to baby boy found to have the infection in what appears to be first documented case of transplacental transmission of the virus. Baby recovered fully.
