COVID-19 rapid guideline: dialysis service delivery- updated guideline (NG160)

New recommendations have been added on coordinating support for renal replacement therapy, including discharge planning, for patients with COVID-19 and AKI, and on emergency pathways for maintaining access for patients with end-stage kidney disease already on dialysis.
