SPS commentary:
In collaboration with Public Health England (PHE), and the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN), NICE conducted a rapid evidence review evaluating best available scientific evidence published so far, including both observational studies and randomised controlled trials, and found it was not possible to determine a direct relationship between vitamin D and COVID-19 based on the evidence to date.
