Delayed Localized Hypersensitivity Reactions to the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine: A Case Series

Retrospective case series (n=16;US) found Moderna vaccine may cause delayed localised hypersensitivity reaction with median latency to onset of 7 days after administration and duration of 5 days, but may persist for up to 21 days, and may occur again and sooner after 2nd dose.
