Development of a list with renally relevant drugs as a tool to increase medicines optimisation in patients with chronic kidney disease

This paper describes research behind the development of a renally relevant drugs list (RRD-list), which could be an essential tool for healthcare professionals, such as GPs and community pharmacists. In total, 16 RRD groups with 36 classes were added to the list.
