Accord out of stock (OOS) until Summer 2020. Wockhardt will be OOS of 5mg w/c 02 Mar and 10mg w/c 16 Mar until w/c 06 Apr 2020. The 30mg,100mg, 500mg strengths are available but insufficient to bridge gap. Morphine injection 10mg/ml is first-line alternative but is not equipotent
