Discharge Medicines Service Declaration of Competence now available

The Discharge Medicines Service will be an Essential service within the NHS Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework from 15th Feb 2021. The Declaration of Competence, which must be completed by all pharmacists and technicians involved in providing the service, is now available.
