Each Baby Counts – 2019 progress review

This annual survey looks at local investigations of 1130 cases where babies were either stillborn, had a brain injury, or suffered an avoidable death in 2017 in the UK. It looks at parent involvement during the local review process and on clinical escalation in maternity care.
