RCT (643 pregnant women) found dolutegravir-containing regimens had superior virological efficacy at delivery vs efavirenz, emtricitabine, and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate regimen (98% vs 91% viral suppression; estimated difference 6.5%; 95% CI 2.0 to 10.7; p=0.0052).
