Efficacy, Safety, and Acceptability of Pharmacologic Treatments for Pediatric Migraine Prophylaxis A Systematic Review and Network Meta-analysis

Review of 23 studies (n=2217) concludes there is little evidence to support prophylactic pharmacological treatments for migraines in children. Only low-quality evidence suggest short-term beneficial effects were found for propranolol and topiramate.
