Elevation of transaminases associated with teriparatide treatment: a case report

This report describes the case of a 64-year-old Caucasian woman presenting with hypertransaminasemia during treatment with teriparatide for postmenopausal osteoporosis. Levels of transaminases normalised after teriparatide was discontinued.
