Summary
Aprepitant (Emend®) is accepted for use in NHS Scotland, as part of combination therapy, for the prevention of nausea and vomiting from highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy in children from 6 months to 18 years (both suspension and capsule formulations)

The SMC had previously accepted aprepitant for the prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with highly emetogenic cisplatin-based chemotherapy in adults.
