Summary
This cohort analysis of 17,475 men exposed to 5a-reductase inhibitors (5a-RIs) shows those exposed were more likely than non-exposed men to report erectile dysfunction (ED), and 1.4% of men had persistent ED lasting >90days after discontinuing treatment.
