Summary
Extension trial (n=198) reported that long-term safety and tolerability of valbenazine were generally favourable (69.2% had ≥ 1 ADR, 14.6% serious ADR, and 15.7% discontinued due to ADR) and maintenance of treatment effect was apparent with both 40 and 80mg doses.
