Summary
RCT (n=344) found more patients with vasodilatory shock reached primary end point, response with respect to mean arterial pressure at 3 hours, in the synthetic human angiotensin II (LJPC-501) group versus placebo group (69.9% vs 23.4%; OR, 7.95; 95% CI, 4.76 to 13.3; P<0.001).

LJPC-501 (La Jolla) is a proprietary formulation of synthetic human angiotensin II being developed for the treatment of patients with catecholamine-resistant hypotension (CRH).
