Comparison of Latanoprostene Bunod 0.024% and Timolol Maleate 0.5% in Open-Angle Glaucoma or Ocular Hypertension: The LUNAR Study

RCT (n=387) found that patients on latanoprostene bunod had significantly greater reductions in intraocular pressure than those on timolol 0.5% at 12pm and 4pm measurements, but not at the 8am measurement. It was non-inferior to timolol at all time points.
