This RCT (n=650) reports non-inferiority of mXELIRI vs FOLFIRI after a median follow-up of 15.8 months: median overall survival was 16.8 months (95% CI 15.3–19.1) and 15.4 months (13.0–17.7) respectively; HR 0.85, 95% CI 0.71–1.02; p-non-inferiority<0.0001.
