Summary
In this study (n=2019), a combination of the novel LABA vilanterol and fluticasone furoate reduced the risk of having a severe asthma exacerbation from 15.9% to 12.8% at 52 weeks, when compared to fluticasone monotherapy, in patients aged ≥12 years with uncontrolled asthma.
