Predictive low-glucose management technology is a Smartguard technology available with the MiniMed 640G system, which stops insulin delivery when the real-time sensor glucose level value is predicted to reach or fall below a preset low glucose limit within 30 minutes, and automatically resumes basal insulin delivery after recovery from hypoglycaemia.
