Summary
REGAIN (n=125) reported that the primary endpoint, improvement in activities of daily living, was not met in the eculizumab group vs placebo (difference −11.7, 95% CI −24.3 to 0.96; p=0.0698), although several secondary endpoints showed a potential benefit for eculizumab.
