This RCT (n=365) reports statistically significantly improved PFS with tucidinostat/exemestane vs placebo/exemestane in advanced, hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that progressed after previous endocrine therapy (7.4 v 3.8 months respectively, p=0.033).
