Summary
RCT (n=51) reported that at 6 months, 11 patients in withdrawal group relapsed vs 0 in the continued treatment group (estimate of event rate 45.7% [95% CI 28.5–67.2]; p=0.0001). After 6 months, 9 of 25 patients in continued treatment group who attempted withdrawal, relapsed.
