Evaluation for SARS-CoV-2 in Breast Milk From 18 Infected Women

Letter describes 18 women with SARS-CoV-2, one of whom had SARS-CoV-2 RNA in milk sample, but viral culture was negative, suggesting SARS-CoV-2 RNA does not represent replication-competent virus and thus reassuringly, breast milk may not be a source of infection for infant.
